Latest News from the Greater Manchester Bus Scene

I have finally got around to updating the site, bringing it semi-up to date. And what a busy few years we have had since the last time I had time to spend doing this.

Anyway, what has been going on....

.. Well First have finally invested some serious cash in Manchester, with a raft of new Scania bendis in at Bury, the existing Volvos moving over to Bolton. New Volvo single deckers are in at Oldham, with the Citaros going to Bury. Standard Olympians being the indigenous species to make space for these new vehicles.

Stagecoach Manchester has bought out Dennis's in Tameside, and their deckers and Darts are slowly appearing in beach ball livery.

The site is currently under construction, following neglect over the past few years.

Eventually, there will be pages dedicated to the major operators in the area including fleetlists and service lists, photo galleries and reports from auctions, rallies and visits around the country
